Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 days. Please return it along with the receipt or proof of purchase. When we receive your item, we will inspect it and if everything is in order, we will issue you with a full refund to the payment method used.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.


€5 Delivery charge on orders under €50, FREE delivery on orders over €50 ROI. Expected delivery for ROI is approx. 2 to 5 days.

Damaged products

Whilst we try very hard to deliver your items to you in perfect condition if you do receive any that are damaged or faulty then we will issue a replacement product free of charge.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
