The Nature Trail is an excellent shop. The owners Colm and Marie,  as well as the rest of the family who help to run it, are so friendly and helpful.   The shop has an extensive variety of organic and wholefood, as well as a large selection of vitamins, supplements, beauty products, incense and other well-being related products.   If they don’t have an item that you want, they do all that they can to source it for you.  I have shopped there every week for the last 14 years and would be lost without them.
